I suggest doing so by replying to the registered issue on Github. Have you previously been able to download our maps normally through the in-game client and does it mean you have few maps to download, or does this affect most of our maps? I have the same problem on my Mac and have not dug into it as far as you have since I primarily use Windows. I hope we can find a fix soon.
