As JGregH mentioned it will probably fill up again.
Check this out to solve the problem otherwise you will be back with this machine in a week or two. You can delete them but they will probably come back.
I have seen this on a handful of our Windows 7 machines. Deleting them is only a temporary solution. JGregH has the correct solution.
